Because of rapid pace of the entertainment industry we update our agent mailing lists and casting mailing labels daily. Therefore the products you receive are time sensitive. You will get the best results using your mailing lists and agent mailing labels upon receipt. The longer you wait, the more you may experience mail being returned to you. Therefore, no merchandise is sent on approval. There are no exchanges or refunds. Sales are final! Remember: materials are time sensitive and printed to your order specifications.
